Terms of Service

This legally binding agreement, together with all auxiliary rules released by Screw Bride: Girl's Day, governs all interactions between our service operator and every user who accesses and utilizes our game services. Once you download, launch, log in or interact with our game in any form, you are deemed to have fully acknowledged and accepted all clauses of this Terms of Service. If you hold objections to any content herein, you are not permitted to install, run or use any functions of this game.

Age Restrictions & Minor Protection

Running automatic clicking programs or other auxiliary tools that can trigger repeated clicks and keystrokes without manual operation.

Using external macros or third-party software to automate game operations and gain improper benefits in the game.

Revision of This Agreement

Screw Bride: Girl's Day reserves the absolute right to revise this Terms of Service and related supplementary rules at any time based on actual operation needs. All updated versions will be published on our official platform h5craft.com. If you continue to use our game services after the update is released, it means you recognize and agree to the revised content. We will remind users of the policy changes through official channels. If you refuse to accept the updated clauses, your right to use the game will be terminated immediately, and you must stop using all game-related services.

Usage License Rules

Limited Usage License

In accordance with this agreement and all supporting policies of Screw Bride: Girl's Day, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable personal license. You may access and experience the game solely for personal entertainment, and you are not allowed to use the game for any commercial purposes.

License Restrictions

If you violate the following usage restrictions, your game access permission will be revoked, and we have the right to prohibit you from continuing to use the services. Meanwhile, you shall bear corresponding legal liabilities for all illegal acts you commit:

Violating local laws and regulations, especially relevant provisions on intellectual property protection.

Conducting insulting, abusive and offensive behaviors towards other players, our staff, the game operator or the game itself; uploading, publishing or sharing inappropriate pictures, videos and texts that violate public order and good customs.

Using cheats, plug-ins, bots, hacks, mods and other unauthorized third-party programs to tamper with or interfere with the normal operation of the game.

Damaging game platforms, server equipment, data resources and the legitimate rights and interests of other users, including overloading servers, spreading computer viruses, illegally invading game data, tampering with in-game rankings, and exploiting game bugs without obtaining prior written permission from our team.

Our team has the sole right to judge whether a behavior violates the agreement. We may take corresponding disposal measures including deleting user content, freezing accounts, permanently banning accounts and other legal actions against rule-breakers.

Limitation of Liability

Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, Screw Bride: Girl's Day shall not be liable for any losses suffered by users, including income reduction, profit loss, data loss and business interruption. This clause does not apply to losses caused by our gross negligence, intentional wrongdoing, or our negligence and fraud leading to personal injury or death. This agreement will not deprive users of the statutory rights granted by local consumer protection laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold Screw Bride: Girl's Day, its executives, employees, affiliates and cooperative companies harmless from all claims, losses and reasonable attorney fees raised by third parties due to your use of the game or violation of this agreement. This indemnity clause is not applicable if the loss is not caused by your intentional or negligent acts.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement, the game’s privacy policy and all disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by local applicable laws. All disputes shall be submitted to the local competent courts for resolution, unless the laws of your country allow you to choose the local court of your residence. If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to file a lawsuit in the court of your residential area.

Severability

If any clause of this agreement or the privacy policy is deemed completely or partially invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, only the invalid part shall lose its legal effect within the corresponding jurisdiction. The remaining clauses will still remain fully valid and enforceable.

Assignment of Rights

Screw Bride: Girl's Day may fully or partially transfer this agreement and related policies to any individual or organization at any time without notifying or obtaining consent from users. Users are not allowed to transfer the rights and obligations under the agreement to others unless they obtain written approval from our official team.

Supplementary Policies

We may issue additional management rules for game services from time to time. To normally use the game, you must fully read and abide by all these supplementary policies.

Entire Agreement

This Terms of Service, together with the referenced documents, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Screw Bride: Girl's Day. It replaces all previous oral, written agreements, habitual practices and prior consensus related to game services.

Waiver of Rights

If our team fails to exercise or delays exercising the rights stipulated in this agreement, it does not mean that we give up such rights, nor can it be used as a defense for your subsequent violations. Any waiver of rights by us must be confirmed in writing and only take effect for specific incidents, which shall not be extended to future claims and disputes.

Notification Methods

We will send official announcements and reminders to users through the official website h5craft.com, your reserved email and other contact information. All notices and submissions involved in this agreement shall be delivered through the channels specified on h5craft.com.

Force Majeure

Screw Bride: Girl's Day will not be held responsible for the failure to perform contractual obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, earthquakes, storms, power outages, communication failures, labor disputes, riots, government orders, terrorist attacks and wars.

Right to Amend Policies

We reserve the right to adjust this Terms of Service according to legal updates and service changes. Once the policy is revised, we will publish the latest version and the revision date on h5craft.com and inform users in a timely manner.
